Welcome to MacBark & Scratch
We are just 20 minutes from Albany and 15 from the Hibiscus Coast just off Highway 16 - the alternative route north.
We cater for all breeds of dogs and convalescing pets. Cats can have individual suites or are housed together.
Dogs are exercised four times daily in our three playgrounds - two grass and one all weather concrete.
Our new isolation facility is completely self contained for your pet's total safety. |

Opening hours 8.00am to 10.00am and 3.30pm to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday 3.30pm to 5pm. Closed Christmas Day and Easter Sunday. All pets need to have a current vaccination certificate (not administered 10 days or less before admitting). Dogs require the 4-in-1 inoculation (parainfluenza, parvovirus, hepatitis, distemper) plus leptospirosis and bordetella bronchiseptica. Cats require the 3-in-1 inoculation. Please bring your pet's vaccination card at time of booking in.

We welcome you to bring your pet's own bed or blankets and personal toys. We do serve premium dry food (Royal Canin) and chicken and brown rice stews. If however you want to bring your pet's food please do so. There is a slight reduction in price for this.
Please ensure that your pet is free of fleas and worms (we can do this for you at an extra charge). MacBark & Scratch take all care but accept no responsibility. We reserve the right to call a veterinarian at the owner's expense.
Please note that we do not have Eftpos or credit card facilities. We accept cheques, cash or direct credit to our bank account by prior arrangement. |

- Special diets and medications catered for - Vet on call 24 hr
- Individual suites
- Three playgrounds - one concrete all weather - two grassed
- Clean comfortable bedding to suit all sizes
- Music all day and night
- Completely safe isolation/quarantine facilities |

Price List: as at 1st November 2009
Small dogs (up to 10kg) $19 per day
Medium dogs (10kg - 25kg) $21 per day
Large dogs (25kg - 40kg) $23 per day
Extra large dogs (over 40kg) $27 per day
Day Stay for dogs - $10.00 per day, cats $5.00 per day
Un-neutered dogs and bitches in season plus $2.50 per day
Cats - $10.50 per day (we do not accept un-neutered male cats)
We give a discount for long-term stays (please enquire)
We also have discounts for regular customers
Public Holiday surcharge $4.50 (dogs) $3.00 (cats) per day |

Prices are subject to change without notice. Charges are based on a calendar day or part thereof. If your pet is collected by 10am there is no charge for that day.
Brown Shaver chicks are available from 8 weeks on through to Point of Lay. Please enquire by telephone only.
